Groundwork Contracting Oxfordshire

In Oxfordshire we have done some sub-contracting work to help install a rain water harvesting tank into a garden. We were asked to supply our digger and dig the hole and then supply and lay the concrete and pea shingle to go around the tank so the tank was secure and in place.

Groundwork Contracting Buckinghamshire

At the beginning of July Derek went over to a local customer near Aylesbury, Bucks to lay a concrete pad which will be used for a large diesel and adblue tank.

In Oakley, Aylesbury we have been doing some landscaping at two houses which have recently had an extension on. We completed the fence out the front of the properties earlier in the year and we are now erecting a new fence between the properties to give a little bit of privacy between the properties. We have also laid a new patio out the back of the house for a nice outside area, along with this we have been using our own bulldozer and been levelling some top soil to get the garden ready for landscaping.

Grain Store Storage and Services

With harvest starting now we have had lots to do. At the beginning of July we shut the lab for a week as we were cleaning all the machines down and making sure they were all serviced ready for this year. We have also managed to clean all of the bays and stores and they have been fumigated.

Neil our Grainstore Manager has had lots of OSR in already with more due in. This is mainly coming in for storage but we have received some which is due for cleaning too. The weather at the moment hasn’t been too bad so there hasn’t been any reason for drying. However don’t forget that we have a range of services we can offer here, from storing, drying cleaning and colour sorting.

There are only a few grain stores which offer the Colour Sorting service in the South East and we are proud to be one of them that offer this service, based on the border of Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire.
